Daily responsibilities
- Research and respond to inquiries by phone, email, and in-person.
- Travel to community sites and collaborate with onsite staff, homeowners, members of the Board of Directors, vendors, and contractors.
- Implement Board policy and directives within the scope of the management agreement.
- Works with the board on strategic initiatives, policy governance, and association projects.
- Conduct community walk-throughs and site inspections.
- Source maintenance vendors; negotiate vendor contracts; offer recommendations to the board; schedule and coordinate vendors onsite.
- Review financials; create and manage budgets.
- Prepare board packets. Schedule and facilitate monthly, quarterly, and yearly board meetings.
- Cookinate architectural review requests.
- Hire, train, and develop staff.
Requirements
- A high school diploma or GED equivalent and valid driver's license are required.
- Customer service minded, team oriented, and a proactive communication style.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
- Organized, attention to detail, and self-directed with strong follow-up skills.
- Willingness to obtain CMCA within the first year of employment, company paid.
