HOA Compliance Coordinator

This position assists in the management of properties in accordance with company policies, procedures, and standards. The role develops knowledge and skills in administration, physical facilities management, and homeowner relations. Flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, are required.

Responsibilities

  • Manages client relationships to ensure retention and a high level of service, including timely resolution of tenant concerns, coordinating special services, and conducting formal and informal inspections.
  • Creates a culture that enhances, promotes, and executes daily positive interaction among the building management team.
  • Maintains current knowledge of state regulatory agency statutes and each client’s community documents, policies, and procedures.
  • Responsible for the maintenance of all property violations and field activities related to covenants.
  • Assists the General Manager with processing property invoices.
  • Oversees tracking and response to homeowners’ service requests.
  • Maintains a homeowner relation program and regular positive communication with each homeowner.
  • Performs daily property inspections for violations on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
  • Coordinates insurance requirements for properties and vendors, ensuring all required documents are submitted.
  • Demonstrates adaptability to changing circumstances while following safety procedures and maintaining a safe work environment.
  • Assists in the preparation of weekly manager’s reports.
  • Assists in the development of operating and capital budgets.
  • Performs other job-related duties as directed.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalency required; BA/BS in Business Administration or related field preferred.
  • Strong working knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical procedures, leases, regulations, or similarly complex documents.
  • Strong interpersonal and time management skills.
  • Two (2) years of experience in property or building operations preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications.

Pay

$25 - $28 per hour

Occasional travel may be required for training and company functions.
