About the role

Seeking a PharmD Epic Willow Inpatient Certified Analyst that can assist with designs, builds, tests, and support of Epic outpatient pharmacy software. Candidate must have experience in the space mentoring junior team members to set priorities, utilize problem solving techniques, and best practices. Must have the ability to understand the application functionality and how it relates to workflows, departments, and how to best integrate with third party applications.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and test Epic Willow Inpatient application builds.
• Troubleshoot system issues and support day-to-day user workflows.
• Coordinate system migrations, software updates, and user training.
• Act as a main point of contact and mentor for the application team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or other related field or equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be considered.
• Certification for relevant applications is required upon hire.
• Pharm D.
• Willow EPIC certification for inpatient.
• Must have 4+ years of Epic Experience to be considered.
• Healthcare experience (preferred).

Pay & Schedule

• Salary: $113,900 - 170,800 per year
• Work hours: 8am to 5pm
