About the role
We have an immediate opening for a highly motivated IT-Business Systems Analyst experienced in Epic Willow builds and implementations to join our dynamic and growing team.
Responsibilities
- Build and support Epic Willow applications
- Support pharmacy, project work, ServiceNow requests and incidents – prime and non-prime call
- Latent AI integration
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3+ years experience in the build and support of Epic Willow applications, pharmacy, within a project driven environment
- Supporting ServiceNow requests and incidents – experience in both prime and non-prime call
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Solid communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex issues
- Excellent time management skills
