About the role

The Hiring Our Heroes RR&F Fellowship at Deloitte is designed for Transitioning Military members who wish to gain experience in the Regulatory, Risk, and Forensic practice. This 12-week program provides an immersive learning experience where fellows can work alongside industry leaders on complex challenges for clients.

Responsibilities

• Gain exposure to the work of industry leaders in Regulatory, Risk, and Forensic practice
• Participate in Deloitte-designed learning experiences to prepare for a client service environment
• Benefit from project shadowing to enhance career transition readiness

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• Active Duty member in the US Armed Forces with authorization to participate in a DoD SkillBridge program by their respective command
• Enrolled in Hiring Our Heroes foundation and eligible to participate in the fellowship program
• Likely to be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Criminal Justice, Law, or related field
• Experience in legal research tools, KYC platforms, transaction monitoring systems, payment processing systems, or open-source research
