About the role
The Hiring Our Heroes RR&F Fellowship at Deloitte offers transitioning military members the chance to gain valuable experience in the Regulatory, Risk, and Forensic practice. Fellows will learn from industry leaders through project shadowing and a Deloitte-designed learning experience.
Responsibilities
- Gain exposure to complex regulatory and risk management challenges faced by clients.
- Participate in project shadowing to understand client service environments.
- Use advanced data, AI, and emerging technologies to assist clients in translating multifaceted risk and regulatory environments into actionable strategies.
- Contribute to projects that help clients bring clarity from complexity and drive value creation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- Active Duty member in the US Armed Forces with authorization to participate in a DoD SkillBridge program by their respective command
- Enrolled in Hiring Our Heroes foundation and eligible to participate in the fellowship program
- Legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Criminal Justice, Law, or related field
- Experience in legal research tools, KYC platforms, transaction monitoring systems, payment processing systems, or open-source research is preferred
