About the role

The Hiring Our Heroes RR&F Fellowship at Deloitte is designed for Transitioning Military members who wish to enhance their professional skills and gain experience in the Regulatory, Risk, and Forensic practice. This 12-week program provides a structured learning experience to prepare fellows for a client service environment, including project shadowing.

Responsibilities

• Gain exposure to the work of industry leaders addressing complex challenges for clients.
• Participate in Deloitte-designed learning experiences tailored to prepare for a client service environment.
• Engage in project shadowing to bridge the gap between military and corporate environments.
• Utilize advanced data, AI, and emerging technologies with industry insights to help clients navigate complexity and drive value creation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• Active Duty member in the US Armed Forces with authorization to participate in a DoD SkillBridge program by their respective command
• Enrolled in Hiring Our Heroes foundation and eligible to participate in the fellowship program
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship

Qualifications

• Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Criminal Justice, Law, or related field
• Experience in one or more of the following areas: Legal research tools, KYC platforms, transaction monitoring systems, payment processing systems, or open-source research
