About the role

The Hiring Our Heroes RR&F Fellowship at Deloitte is designed for transitioning military members who wish to leverage their professional experience in the corporate world. Fellows will gain hands-on experience in the Regulatory, Risk, and Forensic practice, working alongside industry leaders on complex challenges.

Responsibilities

• Gain exposure to regulatory, risk management, and forensic practices through client engagements
• Participate in project shadowing to understand client service environments
• Utilize advanced data analytics, AI, and emerging technologies to support client needs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop solutions that enhance organizational resilience and value creation

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• Active Duty member in the US Armed Forces with DoD SkillBridge authorization
• Enrolled in Hiring Our Heroes fellowship program
• Eligible to work in the United States without employer sponsorship

Qualifications

• Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Criminal Justice, Law, or related field
• Experience in legal research tools, KYC platforms, transaction monitoring systems, payment processing systems, or open-source research
