About the role

The Hiring Our Heroes RR&F Fellowship at Deloitte is designed for transitioning military members who wish to enhance their professional skills and gain experience in the corporate world. Fellows will immerse themselves in Deloitte’s Regulatory, Risk, and Forensic practice, working alongside industry leaders on complex challenges for clients.

Responsibilities

• Gain exposure to the work of industry leaders in Regulatory, Risk, and Forensic services.
• Participate in Deloitte-designed learning experiences tailored to prepare for a client service environment.
• Benefit from project shadowing to gain hands-on experience and transition careers with confidence.

Requirements

• Required: Bachelor's Degree, Active Duty member in the US Armed Forces with DoD SkillBridge authorization, enrolled in Hiring Our Heroes foundation, and eligible to participate in the fellowship program.
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Criminal Justice, Law, or related fields, experience in legal research tools, KYC platforms, transaction monitoring systems, payment processing systems, or open-source research.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.
