About the role

The Hiring Our Heroes RR&F Fellowship at Deloitte is designed for transitioning military members who wish to leverage their military experience in a corporate setting. Fellows will gain hands-on experience in the Regulatory, Risk, and Forensic practice, working alongside industry leaders on complex challenges for clients.

Responsibilities

• Gain exposure to the Regulatory, Risk, and Forensic practice at Deloitte
• Participate in Deloitte-designed learning experiences to prepare for a client service environment
• Engage in project shadowing to enhance career transition readiness
• Work on real projects with industry leaders
• Have the potential to transition to a full-time role upon successful completion of the fellowship

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• Active Duty member in the US Armed Forces with authorization to participate in a DoD SkillBridge program by their respective command
• Enrolled in Hiring Our Heroes foundation and eligible to participate in the fellowship program
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Criminal Justice, Law, or related field
• Experience in legal research tools, KYC platforms, transaction monitoring systems, payment processing systems, or open-source research
