About the role

The Hiring Our Heroes RR&F Fellowship at Deloitte offers Transitioning Military members the chance to gain hands-on experience in the Regulatory, Risk, and Forensic practice. Fellows will learn from industry leaders through project shadowing and receive a Deloitte-designed learning experience to prepare for a client service environment.

Responsibilities

• Gain exposure to complex regulatory and risk management challenges faced by clients
• Participate in project shadowing to understand client service environments
• Use advanced data, AI, and emerging technologies to assist clients in translating multifaceted risk and regulatory environments into actionable strategies

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• Active Duty member in the US Armed Forces with authorization to participate in a DoD SkillBridge program by their respective command
• Enrolled in Hiring Our Heroes foundation and eligible to participate in the fellowship program
• Likely to be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
• Prior experience in legal research tools, KYC platforms, transaction monitoring systems, payment processing systems, or open-source research is preferred
