Hiring our Heroes Fellowship (12-week program) - Regulatory, Risk & Forensic

About the role

The Hiring Our Heroes RR&F Fellowship at Deloitte is designed for Transitioning Military members who wish to leverage their military experience in a corporate setting. Fellows will gain hands-on experience in the Regulatory, Risk, and Forensic practice, working alongside industry leaders on complex challenges for clients.

Responsibilities

• Gain exposure to the work of industry leaders addressing complex challenges for clients.
• Participate in a 12-week fellowship program while remaining employed by the Military.
• Receive a Deloitte-designed learning experience to prepare for a client service environment, including project shadowing.
• Have the opportunity to transition careers with confidence upon successful completion of the fellowship.
• Be considered for a full-time role after completing the 12-week fellowship.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• Active Duty members in the US Armed Forces with authorization to participate in a DoD SkillBridge program by their respective command
• Enrolled in Hiring Our Heroes foundation and eligible to participate in the fellowship program
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Criminal Justice, Law, or related field
• Experience in one or more of the following areas: Legal research tools, KYC platforms, transaction monitoring systems, payment processing systems, or open-source research
