About the role

The Hiring Our Heroes RR&F Fellowship at Deloitte offers transitioning military members the chance to gain valuable experience in the Regulatory, Risk, and Forensic practice. Fellows will learn from industry leaders through project shadowing and will be prepared for a client service environment.

Responsibilities

• Gain exposure to complex challenges faced by clients in the Regulatory, Risk, and Forensic practice.
• Participate in Deloitte-designed learning experiences to prepare for a client service environment.
• Shadow experienced professionals to gain practical insight into the work of the team.
• Be considered for a full-time role upon successful completion of the 12-week fellowship.

Requirements

• Required: Bachelor's Degree, Active Duty member in the US Armed Forces with DoD SkillBridge authorization, enrolled in Hiring Our Heroes foundation, and legally authorized to work in the US.
• Prioritization: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Criminal Justice, Law, or related field, experience in legal research tools, KYC platforms, transaction monitoring systems, payment processing systems, or open-source research is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• Active Duty member in the US Armed Forces with authorization to participate in a DoD SkillBridge program by their respective command
• Enrolled in Hiring Our Heroes foundation and eligible to participate in the fellowship program
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
