About the role

The Hiring Our Heroes RR&F Fellowship at Deloitte offers Transitioning Military members the chance to gain valuable experience in the Regulatory, Risk, and Forensic practice. This 12-week program provides an immersive learning experience, including project shadowing, to help fellows transition into a client service environment.

Responsibilities

• Gain exposure to complex regulatory and risk management challenges faced by clients.
• Work alongside industry leaders on projects that require advanced data analysis, AI, and emerging technologies.
• Utilize legal research tools, KYC platforms, transaction monitoring systems, payment processing systems, and open-source research to support client needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• Active Duty member in the US Armed Forces with authorization to participate in a DoD SkillBridge program by their respective command
• Enrolled in Hiring Our Heroes foundation and eligible to participate in the fellowship program
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Criminal Justice, Law, or related field
• Experience in legal research tools, KYC platforms, transaction monitoring systems, payment processing systems, or open-source research is preferred
