About the role
The Hiring Our Heroes RR&F Fellowship at Deloitte is designed for Transitioning Military members who wish to gain experience in the Regulatory, Risk, and Forensic practice. This 12-week program provides a structured learning experience to prepare fellows for a client service environment, including project shadowing.
Responsibilities
- Gain exposure to complex challenges faced by clients in the Regulatory, Risk, and Forensic practice.
- Utilize advanced data, AI, and emerging technologies with industry insights to help clients navigate multifaceted risks and regulatory environments.
- Participate in Deloitte-designed learning experiences tailored to assist in transitioning to a client service environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- Active Duty member in the US Armed Forces with authorization to participate in a DoD SkillBridge program by their respective command
- Enrolled in Hiring Our Heroes foundation and eligible to participate in the fellowship program
- Legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship
Qualifications
- Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Criminal Justice, Law, or related field
- Experience in legal research tools, KYC platforms, transaction monitoring systems, payment processing systems, or open-source research
