About the role

The Hiring Our Heroes RR&F Fellowship at Deloitte offers Transitioning Military members the chance to gain valuable experience in the Regulatory, Risk, and Forensic practice. Fellows will learn from industry leaders and gain hands-on experience through project shadowing.

Responsibilities

• Gain exposure to complex regulatory and risk management challenges faced by clients.
• Utilize advanced data analytics, AI, and emerging technologies to assist clients in navigating complexity and creating value.
• Participate in Deloitte-designed learning experiences tailored to prepare fellows for a client service environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• Active Duty member in the US Armed Forces with DoD SkillBridge authorization
• Enrolled in Hiring Our Heroes foundation and eligible for the fellowship program
• Likely to be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship
• Preferred: Relevant academic background or experience in legal research tools, KYC platforms, transaction monitoring systems, payment processing systems, or open-source research

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Criminal Justice, Law, or related field
• Experience in legal research tools, KYC platforms, transaction monitoring systems, payment processing systems, or open-source research is preferred
