Hiring our Heroes Fellowship (12-week program) - Regulatory, Risk & Forensic

About the role

The Hiring Our Heroes RR&F Fellowship at Deloitte is designed for transitioning military members who wish to gain experience in the Regulatory, Risk, and Forensic practice. This 12-week program provides an immersive learning experience, including project shadowing, to help fellows transition into a client service environment with confidence.

Responsibilities

• Gain exposure to the work of industry leaders addressing complex challenges for clients.
• Participate in Deloitte-designed learning experiences tailored to prepare fellows for a client service environment.
• Engage with advanced data, AI, and emerging technologies alongside industry insights to help clients navigate multifaceted risk and regulatory environments.
• Contribute to projects that require legal research tools, KYC platforms, transaction monitoring systems, payment processing systems, or open-source research.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• Active Duty member in the US Armed Forces with authorization to participate in a DoD SkillBridge program by their respective command
• Enrolled in Hiring Our Heroes foundation and eligible to participate in the fellowship program
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Criminal Justice, Law, or related field
• Experience in one or more of the following areas: Legal research tools, KYC platforms, transaction monitoring systems, payment processing systems, or open-source research
