About the role

The Hiring Our Heroes AI & Engineering Fellowship at Deloitte is designed for transitioning military professionals who wish to leverage their military experience in an AI & Engineering practice. Fellows will gain hands-on experience in addressing complex client challenges and will be prepared for a client service environment.

Responsibilities

• Participate in cutting-edge projects within the AI & Engineering practice
• Gain exposure to industry leaders working on mission-critical operations
• Engage in project shadowing to understand client service environments
• Prepare for a potential full-time role upon successful completion of the fellowship

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• Active Duty member in the US Armed Forces with DoD SkillBridge authorization
• Enrolled in Hiring Our Heroes foundation and eligible for the fellowship program
• Likely to be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship
• 2+ years of experience in application development or software development preferred
• Exposure to artificial intelligence through coursework, certifications, internships, or professional experience preferred
