We pay for your previous McDonald's training and experience! Recently Certified McDonald’s General Manager salaries typically begin around $60,000+, your starting salary to be determined by your experience, qualifications, and performance. Responsibilities
- Running a profitable restaurant
- Ensuring the restaurant meets McDonald’s critical customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness
- Working with the leader to set the restaurant’s goals and creating a plan to achieve them
- Leading a team of Department Managers focused on People, Kitchen, and Guest Services
- Helping Department Managers set their own goals
- Following up on their progress
- Providing coaching and direction to improve their Departments
- Hiring and developing Department and Shift Managers to ensure the restaurant has the right team for the future
Requirements
- Previous General Manager experience running high‑volume locations
- Background in quick‑service restaurants strongly desired, or experience in hospitality or retail
