Restaurant General Manager (Prior Experience)

About the role

You will run a profitable restaurant and ensure it meets McDonald’s critical customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. Working with your leader, you’ll set the restaurant’s goals and create a plan to achieve them. You’ll lead a team of Department Managers, helping them set and meet their own goals, and providing coaching to improve their departments. You may also be responsible for hiring and developing Department and Shift Managers to build the right team for the future.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure profitability and high standards.
• Set restaurant goals and develop plans to achieve them.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Department Managers.
• Help Department Managers set and track their own goals.
• Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers for future leadership.

Requirements

• Previous General Manager experience, preferably in high-volume locations.
• Background in quick service restaurants, hospitality, or retail.
• Must be 18 years or older.
