General Manager- Restaurant Management Experience Required!

About the Role

We’re looking for a General Manager with previous Quick Service Restaurant experience running high-volume locations. This is a fast-paced, rewarding role where you’ll lead a team to deliver McDonald’s high standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness while driving profitability.

Responsibilities

• Run a profitable restaurant and ensure it meets McDonald’s critical customer standards.
• Set restaurant goals with your leader and create a plan to achieve them.
• Lead and develop a team of Department Managers, helping them set and meet their own goals.
• Provide coaching and direction to improve department performance.
• Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers to build a strong leadership team for the future.

Requirements

• Previous Quick Service Restaurant General Manager experience running high-volume locations (required).
