Essential Job Functions
- Responsible for the operation of the entire restaurant and building a strong team that consistently provides customers with great food and friendly experience.
- Recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, developing, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees.
- Communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions; planning and reviewing compensation actions; enforcing policies and procedures.
- Contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; identifying trends; determining system improvements; implementing change.
- Controlling costs, minimizing waste.
- Maintaining a safe, secure, and healthy environment by establishing, following, and enforcing sanitation standards.
- Updating job knowledge by participating in required training.
- Maintaining overall restaurant objectives as directed by Operations Manager.
Qualifications
- 5 or more years experience running a fast paced McDonald's restaurant, or similar QSR experience with proven record of success.
- Must be a McDonald's HU Graduate or successfully complete the program within 90-days.
