About the role
The General Manager is responsible for running a profitable restaurant and ensuring it meets McDonald’s critical customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.
Responsibilities
- Works with leader to set restaurant goals and create a plan to achieve them.
- Leads a team of Department Managers to set their own goals, follow up on progress, and provide coaching and direction.
- Hires and develops Department and Shift Managers to ensure the restaurant has the right team for the future.
Requirements
- MUST have previous Quick Service General Manager experience running high volume locations.
