About the role

BayCare Home Health is seeking enthusiastic clinical Team Members to join their dynamic team. They are a large employer in the Tampa Bay area, comprising multiple healthcare facilities and over 30,000 team members.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding patient care and customer service
• Support a forward-thinking philosophy based on trust, dignity, respect, responsibility, and clinical excellence
• Participate in on-site interviews on July 29th, 7:30 AM - 11:00 AM at BayCare System Office, 2985 Drew Street, Clearwater, FL 33759
• Apply for roles including LPN's, Home Health Clinicians, Case Managers (RN's), Physical Therapists, and Physical Therapist Assistants
• Work full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, in Hillsborough, Pinellas, Pasco, Polk, Manatee, and Sarasota Counties

Requirements

• Minimum qualifications vary and will be reviewed with a BayCare Recruiter
• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with BLS certification and LPN license
• RN with BLS certification and RN license
• PT with BLS certification and PT license
• PT Assistant with BLS certification and PT license

Qualifications

Qualified candidates should meet the minimum requirements and be available for the specified locations and hours.

Skills

Strong communication skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and a commitment to patient care are essential.
