About the role

BayCare Home Health is seeking enthusiastic clinical Team Members to join their dynamic team. They are part of a large employer network in the Tampa Bay area, including hospitals, long-term care facilities, and numerous healthcare providers.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding patient care and customer service
• Support a forward-thinking philosophy based on trust, dignity, respect, responsibility, and clinical excellence
• Participate in on-site interviews for new positions

Requirements

• LPN: BLS, LPN License, Florida Driver's License within 30 days of hire
• Home Health RN: BLS, RN License, Florida Driver's License within 30 days of hire
• Physical Therapist: BLS, PT License, Florida Driver's License within 30 days of hire
• Physical Therapist Assistant: No specific license required, but may require certification

Qualifications

Requirements will vary and will be reviewed with a BayCare Recruiter. All candidates must meet minimum qualifications as outlined above.

Strong communication skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and a commitment to patient care are essential.

Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
