Position Overview

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing required (Master’s preferred)
• Five (5) years of clinical long-term care experience, including one year working with a frail elderly population
• Five (5) years of supervisory experience
• Absent Active NJ RN License (or NLC multistate license), American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Certification, Valid driver’s license
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
• Minimum one (1) year of occupational therapy experience (geriatric experience preferred)
• Absent Active New Jersey Occupational Therapist license, American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Certification, Valid driver’s license
• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (ASN or BSN)
• Minimum one (1) year of RN experience
• Absent Active New Jersey RN license (or NLC multistate license), American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Certification, Valid driver’s license
• Current New Jersey Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) certification
• Absent High school diploma or equivalent, Valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record, American Heart Association Heart saver certification
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Patient care experience preferred
