About the role
You will own the full sales cycle for Leapsome’s high-velocity segment, managing a volume of opportunities for companies with 10–49 employees.
Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from first contact to closing deals within a fast-paced 30-day window for SMB prospects.
- Conduct high-impact product demonstrations tailored to unique organizational needs, building trusted relationships with key HR stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Collaborate with Revenue Operations to refine semi-automated sales processes, maintaining meticulous CRM hygiene and accurate forecasting to drive predictable growth.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in a B2B SaaS sales role or client-facing consulting position with a track record of managing high volumes.
- Advanced AI literacy with a proven history of actively adopting AI tools to increase efficiency and productivity in professional workflows.
- A highly structured and data-driven mindset, capable of balancing extreme efficiency with a high degree of empathy and detail-oriented communication.
