Heat Treat Apprentice - 2nd Shift

About the role

The Heat Treat Apprentice will learn how to prepare a load, how to load into and unload from Heat Treat furnaces, and how to monitor and document the entire process to ensure our products meeting / exceeding industry / customer requirements.

Responsibilities

• Wear proper Personal Protection Equipment at the work area all the time.
• Work safe and maintain an organized, lean work environment.
• Strong commitment to good attendance and being on time as it is critical to meet production needs.
• Ability to work collaboratively.
• Assure quality and production requirements are met, as per the job-specific travelers.
• Participate in total quality management projects
