About the role
As a Heat Treater, you are responsible for heat treating products as assigned, ensuring all products meet quality standards while exceeding productivity standards. You will also perform assigned periodic maintenance tasks and operate all equipment in compliance with OSHA requirements.
Requirements
- High School diploma (or equivalent)
- Demonstrated manufacturing experience
- Heat treat experience preferred
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
