About the role
The renowned Arnold& Porter Life Sciences & Healthcare Regulatory practice focuses on providing comprehensive assistance to our clients in all areas of healthcare provider/supplier and life sciences product regulation. Our clients include a broad range of providers and suppliers from nationally recognized academic medical and research centers, not-for-profit health systems, outpatient facilities and providers, health care professionals, digital and health technology companies, as well as investors and management companies across the healthcare ecosystem. Our life sciences clients span the globe, from worldwide enterprises to emerging developers and manufacturers of drugs, biologics, medical devices, diagnostics, foods/dietary supplements, and cosmetics, as well as laboratories, leading trade and professional organizations, and clinical research organizations. We are proud of our interdisciplinary practice which allows associates an opportunity to work closely with attorneys in our litigation, white collar, transactions, IP, and other practice areas, and we invest heavily in substantive associate training and mentoring.
Responsibilities
- Represent hospitals and health systems, healthcare providers and suppliers
- Provide comprehensive assistance in all areas of healthcare provider/supplier and life sciences product regulation
- Work closely with attorneys in litigation, white collar, transactions, IP, and other practice areas
- Invest in substantive associate training and mentoring
Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare law
- Strong research, writing and analytic skills
- An ability to work independently and creatively
- An ability to work successfully as part of a team

Benefits
Commensurate with experience. Eligibility for an hours-based bonus available.
Pay
The salary range for this position in Boston, Chicago, Denver, Los Angeles, New York, San Francisco, Seattle, Silicon Valley, and Washington, DC is $260,000 to $365,000, commensurate with experience.
