About the role
Holland & Knight LLP seeks a Healthcare Regulatory Associate for its Birmingham office. The ideal candidate will have at least 3-4 years of prior experience, preferably in a law firm setting, with a strong background in healthcare regulatory matters, including knowledge of healthcare provider laws and regulations.
Responsibilities
- Interface with clients to provide legal advice on healthcare regulatory issues
- Conduct thorough research and analysis on healthcare regulatory topics
- Prepare and draft legal documents related to healthcare regulation
- Collaborate with the healthcare regulatory team to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
Requirements
- Licensed to practice law in Alabama
- Reside in the Birmingham, AL area at or prior to the time of hire
- Work in the office at least 3 business days per week
