Healthcare Regulatory Associate

About the role

Holland & Knight LLP seeks a Healthcare Regulatory Associate for its Boston or Nashville office.

Candidate must have at least 3-5 years prior experience, with law firm experience preferred, and a strong grounding in healthcare regulatory matters, including the laws and regulations relating to healthcare providers. The candidate must also demonstrate strong client interfacing and communication skills.

Admission to the Massachusetts or Tennessee Bar is required. Applicants must have excellent academic credentials, strong writing and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Interface with clients to understand their needs and provide legal advice on healthcare regulatory issues.
• Conduct thorough research and analysis on healthcare regulatory laws and policies.
• Draft regulatory compliance documents and legal opinions.
• Participate in meetings with clients and colleagues to discuss regulatory developments and strategies.
• Assist in the preparation of regulatory filings and responses to regulatory inquiries.

Requirements

• Admission to the Massachusetts or Tennessee Bar.
• 3+ years of transferable experience in healthcare regulatory matters.
• Excellent research, writing, drafting, and organizational skills.

Pay

The base salary range for this position in Boston is $260,000 - $365,000. This range may not be applicable to other locations. An individual's actual compensation will depend on the individual's qualifications and experience.

Schedule

The position is full-time and based in either Boston or Nashville.
