Healthcare Recruiter (Travel Nursing & Locum Tenens)
About the role
Talented Medical Solutions is a Joint Commission-certified healthcare staffing agency providing travel nursing, allied healthcare, locum tenens, and workforce staffing solutions nationwide. We are seeking experienced healthcare recruiters with a background in travel nursing, advanced practice providers, physician recruitment, or locum tenens staffing who are ready to grow their income through an uncapped commission model.
Responsibilities
- Recruit and screen qualified healthcare professionals.
- Build relationships with clinicians nationwide.
- Match candidates to contract, travel, PRN, and locum assignments.
- Cook up interviews between clients and clinicians.
- Carefully maintain accurate ATS documentation.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Work closely with credentialing and onboarding teams.
- Maintain recruiting and placement goals.
Requirements
- Previous healthcare recruiting experience required.
- Experience with travel nursing or locum tenens strongly preferred.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong sourcing abilities.
- Self-driven and highly organized.
- Comfortable working remotely.

Top-performing recruiters are expected to:
- Generate consistent recruiting activity daily.

Benefits
This is a 1099 Independent Contractor opportunity. Recruiters receive 40% of Gross Profit on every successful placement. Unlimited commission earnings. Weekly commission payouts after client payment. No earning limits.
