About the role

The role oversees US healthcare system operations and compliance, ensuring administrative workflows adhere to strict regulatory frameworks like HIPAA and CMS guidelines. The team relies on this position to bridge clinical operations with technological tooling, driving efficient resource allocation and process integrity across healthcare delivery platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily healthcare administrative operations, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulatory frameworks
• Oversee patient data privacy protocols and adherence to HIPAA standards across all digital platforms
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to integrate electronic health record (EHR) systems and optimize administrative tooling
• Analyze healthcare operations metrics to identify bottlenecks, reduce claims processing errors, and improve service delivery times
• Maintain vendor relationships with third-party billing, insurance, and compliance partners
• Prepare audit reports and present operational KPIs to executive leadership

Requirements

• 4-7 years of healthcare administration or healthcare operations experience within the US healthcare system
• Deep knowledge of HIPAA compliance, healthcare billing cycles, and medical coding standards (ICD-10, CPT)
• Hands-on experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems and healthcare data analytics platforms
• Strong project management skills with a track record of driving process improvements in a regulated environment
• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field; Master's degree (MHA, MBA) is a plus
