About The Role

The role drives the operational and administrative backbone of healthcare systems, ensuring seamless management of US healthcare compliance, regulatory standards, and non-clinical workflows. The team relies on this position to optimize administrative tooling, maintain strict adherence to HIPAA and payer policies, and coordinate cross-functional initiatives that directly impact operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversight of healthcare operations, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations including HIPAA, HITECH, and accreditation standards
• Design and implement standard operating procedures for patient data management, billing workflows, and credentialing
• Analyze operational metrics utilizing EHR systems and BI tools to identify delivery bottlenecks and reduce administrative friction
• Manage vendor relationships with third-party medical billing, compliance auditing, and healthcare IT service providers
• Cross-functional coordination between clinical leadership, IT, and finance teams to track timelines and deliverables
• Prepare compliance audit reports and present operational KPIs to executive leadership

What We Are Looking For

• 4-7 years of healthcare administration, operations, or regulatory compliance experience within a US healthcare system
• Deep working knowledge of healthcare regulations, HIPAA compliance frameworks, and medical billing workflows
• Proficiency with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems and healthcare data analytics tools
• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, or related field
• Bonus: Master of Health Administration (MHA) or Certified Medical Practice Executive (CMPE) credential
