Healthcare Administrator
Operations Management
Oversee and continuously improve daily operations across all departments in partnership with the office manager.
Standardize and optimize workflows for scheduling, treatment planning, billing, and collections to drive efficiency and scalability.
Manage facilities, vendors, and systems to enhance patient flow and reduce operational inefficiencies.
Financial Oversight and Practice Performance
Monitor key KPIs (production, collections, case acceptance, growth, overhead) and drive performance improvement.
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning while identifying cost-control opportunities.
Ensure revenue cycle efficiency and use data insights to guide decisions.
Team Leadership and Culture Development
Recruit, develop, and retain high-performing team members across all roles.
Provide leadership, coaching, and performance management to managers and team leads.
Foster a positive, accountable culture while addressing employee relations and supporting career development.
Patient Experience and Service Excellence
Oversee the end-to-end patient journey to ensure consistent, high-quality experiences.
Maintain excellence in communication, scheduling, financial discussions, and care coordination.
Monitor satisfaction, resolve escalations, and ensure compliance with all regulatory standards.
Growth and Strategic Leadership
Partner with ownership to execute growth strategies, service expansion, and future opportunities.
Lead marketing, patient acquisition, and community engagement efforts.
Drive innovation and align teams around strategic priorities and measurable growth goals.
Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field required.
- MBA or advanced certification preferred.
- 5+ years of leadership experience in dental, healthcare, or service-based operations.
- Proven success managing P&L, driving growth, and leading high-performing teams.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to interpret financial and operational data.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Experience with dental practice management systems (Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Open Dental, or similar).
- Deep understanding of dental workflows, insurance processes, and compliance requirements preferred.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
- High level of emotional intelligence, professionalism, and adaptability.
