About The Role The role oversees healthcare operations and compliance, ensuring non-clinical systems align with US healthcare regulations like HIPAA, HITECH, and value-based care models. The team bridges administrative efficiency with patient-centric technology, optimizing EHR integrations, revenue cycle workflows, and regulatory reporting. Key Responsibilities Manage daily healthcare administration operations including credentialing, billing workflows, and compliance auditsPartner with engineering and clinical teams to streamline electronic health record integrations and data interoperabilityMonitor regulatory changes across HIPAA, CMS guidelines, and state health authorities to update internal policiesAnalyze operational KPIs, patient throughput, and revenue cycle metrics to identify workflow bottlenecksOversee healthcare vendor relationships and software licenses supporting administrative and compliance functionsDevelop and deliver training programs on security standards and operational protocols for internal staff What We Are Looking For 4-7 years of healthcare administration or operations management experience within the US healthcare systemDeep working knowledge of HIPAA compliance, healthcare billing codes, and electronic health record systemsStrong proficiency in healthcare data analytics tools and advanced spreadsheet modeling for compliance reportingDemonstrated ability to lead cross-functional projects involving clinical, technical, and administrative stakeholdersBachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related fieldBonus: Master of Health Administration (MHA) or Certified Medical Practice Executive (CMPE) certification
