Key Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day healthcare administration operations, ensuring compliance with HIPAA, HITECH, and evolving US healthcare regulationsManage electronic health record (EHR) configurations, billing workflows, and revenue cycle management systemsAnalyze operational KPIs and patient administration metrics to identify bottlenecks and implement process improvementsCoordinate cross-functional initiatives between clinical, legal, and engineering teams to deploy new healthcare tech productsAudit operational processes regularly to maintain data security, patient privacy, and accreditation standardsManage vendor relationships with third-party medical billing, insurance payers, and healthcare SaaS providers What We Are Looking For 4-7 years of healthcare administration, operations, or health informatics experience within the US healthcare systemDeep working knowledge of HIPAA compliance, medical billing codes (ICD-10, CPT), and electronic health record systemsStrong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL, healthcare data analytics tools, and modern BI platformsBachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Business, or a related field; MHA or MBA is a strong plusBonus: Experience scaling operations at a digital health startup or implementing automation in clinical administrative workflows
