About The Role

The role directs healthcare operations, ensuring compliance, efficient clinical workflows, and seamless administrative management within a complex regulatory environment. The team bridges clinical care and technical systems, optimizing Electronic Health Record (EHR) platforms, data security protocols, and patient-access pipelines to scale delivery safely.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily healthcare administrative operations, ensuring compliance with HIPAA, HITECH, and evolving US healthcare regulations
• Partner with clinical and engineering teams to optimize EHR workflows, billing integrations, and patient data systems
• Manage vendor relationships with insurance payers, medical device suppliers, and software providers
• Analyze healthcare operations metrics and patient throughput data to identify bottlenecks and drive efficiency
• Implement risk-management protocols and lead internal audits for clinical documentation and data privacy
• Coordinate cross-functional projects to launch new clinical services and administrative tooling

What We Are Looking For

• 4-7 years of healthcare administration or healthcare operations experience in a US hospital or digital health setting
• Deep expertise in healthcare compliance, HIPAA regulations, and medical billing standards (ICD-10, CPT)
• Hands-on experience with major EHR platforms (Epic, Cerner) and healthcare data analytics tools
• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field; Master's degree (MHA, MBA) preferred
• Bonus: PMP certification, experience with value-based care models, or background in health tech software implementation
