- Coordinate with third-party billing services and internal finance teams to manage claims processing pipelines and resolve payer disputes.
- Develop and document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for non-clinical staff to standardize onboarding and service delivery.
- Analyze operational KPIs, including patient wait times, billing error rates, and credentialing cycle times, reporting findings to executive leadership.
What We Are Looking For
- 4-7 years of experience in healthcare administration, clinic operations, or practice management within the US healthcare system.
- Demonstrated expertise with electronic health record (EHR) systems such as Athenahealth, Epic, or Elation Health.
- Deep working knowledge of HIPAA regulations, Medicare/Medicaid compliance, and medical billing/coding processes.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, SQL, or BI tools for operational reporting.
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Bonus: Master of Health Administration (MHA) or Master of Business Administration (MBA); experience working in a venture-backed digital health startup or telemedicine platform.
