We need to output HTML fragment with sections only if real content. Use

for headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must not repeat job title. Must include all substantive info. Remove boilerplate like EEO, etc. Must not include sections with placeholder like "commensurate with experience". We have content: Summary (maybe About the role). Primary responsibilities list. Qualifications section includes many details: Basic Requirements, Experience/Education, Grade Determinations, Physical Requirements, etc. Also Duties (list of duties). Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm. Pay: Competitive salary & regular salary increases... Also mention Paid Time Off, Parental Leave, Child Care Subsidy, Retirement, Insurance, Telework not available, Virtual not a virtual position. Also Recruitment/Relocation Incentives: Not authorized, Permanent Change of Station: Not authorized. Those could be under Benefits? Benefits section includes Paid Time Off, Parental Leave, Child Care Subsidy, Retirement, Insurance. Pay section includes Competitive salary & regular salary increases, maybe mention step rate. Schedule section includes Work Schedule. We need to decide which headings to use. Likely: About the role (summary), Responsibilities (primary responsibilities + duties list), Requirements (basic requirements, citizenship, English proficiency, experience/education), Qualifications (grade determinations, KSAs, preferred experience), Benefits (PTO, parental leave, childcare subsidy, retirement, insurance), Pay (competitive salary, step rate), Schedule (work schedule). Skills maybe not needed if covered elsewhere. We could omit Skills if no specific skills list beyond KSAs. But KSAs could go under Qualifications or Skills. The instruction: use headings for those categories if content exists. We have KSAs detailed; could put under Skills. But also Qualifications includes grade determinations. Might be better to have Qualifications for basic requirements, and Skills for KSAs. However we must not create thin sections. Let's see. We have: - Summary: "The Telehealth Clinical Technician supports & manages telehealth operations & is stationed at the Rock Springs CBOC. Primary responsibilities include: ..." That's about role. - Primary responsibilities list (supporting telehealth encounters...). Then later "Duties" list (long). Could combine responsibilities and duties under Responsibilities heading. - Qualifications: includes Basic Requirements (citizenship, English proficiency, experience/education), Grade Determinations (GS-5, GS-6), KSAs, Preferred Experience, Physical Requirements, etc. Could split: Requirements (basic requirements), Qualifications (grade determinations, KSAs, preferred experience), Skills (maybe KSAs again). But to avoid duplication, we can put KSAs under Skills, and grade determinations under Qualifications. However the instruction says use headings for those specific names if content exists. It didn't forbid using both Qualifications and Skills. We'll decide. We need to preserve all substantive info. So we must include citizenship, English proficiency, experience/education options, grade determinations, KSAs, preferred experience, physical requirements, duties list, work schedule, pay, benefits (PTO, parental leave, childcare subsidy, retirement, insurance), recruitment incentives not authorized (maybe mention under Benefits? but it's not a benefit, it's a note; could be omitted as not substantive? It's info but maybe we can include under Benefits as "Recruitment/Relocation Incentives: Not authorized". However instruction: do not create sections unless posting has real specific content. It does have content: "Recruitment/Relocation Incentives (Sign-on Bonus): Not authorized" and "Permanent Change of Station (Relocation Assistance): Not authorized". That's specific content, though it's a negative. Should we include? Probably yes, as it's substantive. Could place under Benefits or a separate section like "Other". But we only have allowed headings list; we could put under Benefits as a note. Or under Pay? Not appropriate. Could create a

under Benefits. We must not include boilerplate like EEO, legal, etc. The posting includes some like "Reference: For more information..." that's a link; we should keep? It's substantive reference. Could keep as

. We must not repeat job title as heading. Now craft HTML. Structure:

But note we duplicated some items from primary responsibilities and duties; we can combine but it's okay to have duplicates? The instruction: preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. Duplication is okay if it's in source. However we might want to avoid redundancy but it's not prohibited. However we could combine to avoid repetition but still preserve all info; duplication is not removing info, it's adding extra. Might be okay but could be considered inventing? Not exactly. Safer to include all items as they appear, maybe combine similar but not drop any. We'll just create a single list that includes all distinct duties from both sections. Let's extract unique duties: From Primary responsibilities: - supporting telehealth encounters by serving as the telepresenter within scope of practice - functioning as an imager & clinical data manager for telehealth store & forward applications - managing real time clinical telehealth events - providing instructions for patients - providing technical & administrative support of telehealth operations From Duties list (the long list): - Prepares the clinical environment - which may include preparing medical & telecommunications equipment to be used for clinical examination & treatment - Serves as a telepresenter within scope of practice during clinical video telehealth (CVT) & VA Video Connect (VVC) encounters including tasks such as establishing & maintaining video conferencing connections - making introductions between patient site & provider site - following instructions of a clinician to facilitate an effective clinical encounter - Serves as an imager & clinical data manager for store & forward telehealth (SFT) clinical encounters including tasks such as capturing images - collecting data & transmitting them electronically for clinical review in accordance with VHA national guidelines - Ensures patient care is delivered safely by following appropriate procedures for inventory management - cleaning of clinical equipment & the care environment while following all patient safety guidelines - protocols - & procedures - Completes standardized clinical questionnaires & templates within scope of training & applicable guidelines - Ensures that patient privacy is protected by complying with all information security & patient privacy regulations - Receives & schedules requests for simple & complex intra-facility - & inter- facility telehealth appointments using an electronic resource-based scheduling system - Screens patients for Telehealth modality & refers patients that do not meet established criteria to appropriate care - Monitors & maintains schedules of rooms - patients - technologies - clinical providers & presenters as needed to ensure efficient telehealth operations - Provides patient education via approved materials - Supports the Veteran in completing patient satisfaction surveys - Communicates effectively with clinical & administrative staff at the assigned local site & those located at remote sites of care - Configures - installs - troubleshoots - cleans - & performs minor routine maintenance of assigned telehealth technology - Ensures assigned telehealth technologies are managed appropriately to include inventory - secure - ready for use - & accounted for by preparing & tracking maintenance work orders - information systems - inventory records - & communicating with the National Telehealth Technology Help Desk to facilitate troubleshooting - repair - & coordination of replacement equipment as necessary - Provides established education & training to Veterans - staff & providers on the use of telehealth technologies & serving as a point of contact to answer questions & address concerns related to these technologies - Maintains knowledge of & skill in applying an extensive body of rules - procedures - & operations in telehealth-related technologies & a variety of computer hardware & software used for telecommunications - data entry & retrieval - record maintenance - document & report generation - Maintains regular contact with other staff members & the Facility Telehealth Coordinator to work out process issues - equipment needs - problems - data collection & any other logistical issues - Arranges & completes test video calls with Veterans to prepare the Veterans for clinical encounters using telehealth technologies - Ensures information & resources are maintained for local & remote telehealth providers so they can effectively execute contingency & emergency plans Now we see some overlap: "serves as a telepresenter within scope of practice" appears twice (primary responsibilities and duties). Also "functioning as an imager & clinical data manager for store & forward telehealth applications" vs duties similar. We could keep both but it's duplicate. To avoid duplication, we can merge but ensure we keep the substance. Since the instruction says preserve ALL substantive information, duplication is not losing info, but it
