What The Day Will Look Like Consulting for Employer RFPs, Directorship consulting, Oversight and Management for Large Market Clients, Market Checks, ad hoc workLead for the sale and support of a product/services: Audits, PBM Selection Activities, Coalition Opportunities, Market Checks, Implementation Services, etc.Individual will be expected to have client facing experience and expertiseOversight and support services for new clients, as well as support general consulting servicesClient-facing and direct interaction with PBM leadership teamsClinical guidance and cost containment strategiesLead client-facing consultant for a book-of-businessThis role leads meetings and speaks to the clients, running the project, serving as client-facing SME, and articulating the results from projects and messaging key industry updates Skills And Experience That Will Lead To Success 10+ years of Pharmacy benefit experienceStrong communication skills, both written and oral presentation skills.Ability to manage expectations and understanding all levels Ability to run projects independentlyManage/oversee large unique groups (may be direct or coalition)Experience running RFPs and Contracts negotiations Pay Transparency Laws The salary range for this position (intended for U.S. applicants) is $110,000 to $200,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant’s geographic location. This position is eligible to participate in one of Aon’s annual incentive plans to receive an annual discretionary bonus in addition to base salary. The amount of any bonus varies and is subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable incentive plan.
