Health Solutions Assistant Vice President
About the role
Aon is seeking an Assistant Vice President to join their Health Solutions team. This role is hybrid, with flexibility to work from either Tampa, Jacksonville, or Miami, FL. The Assistant Vice President will lead the client team and manage projects, fostering relationships with clients and their vendors.
Responsibilities
- Lead the client team and manage project timelines and deliverables
- Oversee client interactions and provide quality service
- Collaborate with client Account Executives to execute overall strategy and special projects
- Delegating tasks to team members and reviewing their work
- Perform analysis, draft presentations, and attend client meetings
- Identify client needs for additional services
- Mentor and guide junior staff
Requirements
- At least ten years of experience in group health and benefits industry
- Strong working knowledge of benefits
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Experience in Project Management, Consulting, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Data Analysis, and Health Care Education
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of industry experience
- Appropriate insurance license/life and health (can be fulfilled post-hire)
- Project management certification is a plus

Benefits
The salary range for this position (intended for U.S. applicants) is $107,000 to $143,000.00 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant's education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary range reflected is based on a primary work location of Tampa, FL. The actual salary may vary for applicants in a different geographic location.

This position is eligible to participate in Aon’s annual incentive plans, which may include an annual discretionary bonus in addition to base salary. The amount of any bonus varies and is subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable incentive plan.
