Health Solutions Assistant Vice President

Responsibilities
- Act as the Lead Consultant on the Health Solutions client team, supporting the Account Executive and responsible for timely, accurate, and quality service of all client deliverables.
- Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for clients and oversee the client team and project management.
- Collaborate with the client Account Executive to execute overall strategy and special projects as needed.
- Delegate assignments to team members and perform peer reviews of their work.
- Actively participate in performing analysis, drafting client presentations, attending client meetings, and identifying client needs for additional services.
- Lead integrated efforts with internal Aon teams such as actuarial, audit, legal, and specialized broking teams.
- Foster relationships with client vendor partners.
- Maintain an understanding of healthcare market trends and innovation.
- Leverage the right resources to resolve client issues.
- Mentor, coach, and guide junior staff.
Skills and Experience
- Ten plus years of experience in the group health and benefits industry with a strong working knowledge of benefits, particularly within the healthcare industry.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and presentation skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of industry experience.
- Must have an appropriate insurance license for life and health (can be fulfilled post-hire).
- Project management certification is a plus.
Pay
The salary range for this position is $113,000 to $151,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and market data. The salary range is based on a primary work location of Philadelphia, PA, and may vary for applicants in different geographic locations.
This position is eligible to participate in one of Aon’s annual incentive plans to receive an annual discretionary bonus in addition to base salary. The amount of any bonus varies and is subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable incentive plan.
