Health Center Relations Specialist - Mitchell

About the role

The Health Center Relations Specialist works at Terros Health's Mitchell location in Phoenix, AZ. This position is full-time, with a schedule from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, including an hour for lunch. Training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Greet individuals entering the clinic professionally and courteously.
• Assist patients promptly with compassion, adhering to Terros Health values.
• Process check-ins of patients and inform appropriate staff members of their arrivals.
• Update daily schedules and ensure accurate collection of necessary data.
• Gather and maintain patient demographics, ensuring accuracy and completeness in compliance with UDS guidelines.
• Apply basic knowledge of insurance levels, such as Medicare, Medicaid, commercial plans, and others.

Requirements

• At least one-year relevant front office customer facing and focused service experience in healthcare, hospitality, or banking.
• Prior experience in healthcare, behavioral health, dental, or a medical office is preferred.

Basic knowledge of insurance levels, such as Medicare, Medicaid, commercial plans, and various other types is required.
