The actual base salary offered will be in accordance with state or local minimum wage requirements for the job location. Benefits For information about our benefits, please click here. We need to extract benefits? The posting says "Benefits For information about our benefits, please click here." No specifics given. So we cannot include Benefits section because no specific content. Similarly Schedule? Not given. Travel requirement is given: 25-50% Travel, with some international travel. That could be considered Schedule? Actually schedule is about work hours, remote etc. Travel requirement could be under Schedule? The instruction: include Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections only if posting actually states them. Travel requirement maybe considered Schedule? Not exactly schedule but could be considered "Travel". However they said Schedule section for schedule info like full-time, part-time, shift etc. The posting includes "Worker Type: Employee", "Worker Sub-Type: Regular", "Time Type: Full time". That's schedule info (full-time). Also location: Massachusetts - Virtual (remote). So we have schedule: Full time. Also remote classification. So we can include Schedule section with that info. Pay: we have salary range: $212,000.00 - $333,190.00 base salary range for Massachusetts - Virtual. So we can include Pay section. Benefits: no specifics, so omit. Now sections: About the role (maybe the introductory paragraph). Responsibilities (the "How you will contribute" bullet list). Requirements (maybe Minimum Requirements/Qualifications). Qualifications (maybe separate? The posting lumps Minimum Requirements/Qualifications together. Could split into Requirements and Qualifications but we need to avoid thin sections. Better to combine into one section "Requirements" or "Qualifications". The instruction: use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). We can choose to include only those with substantive content. We have About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements (maybe also Qualifications but we can combine). Skills maybe not explicitly listed separate; but many skill statements are within requirements. Could create Skills section if we extract skill bullets. However we risk thin sections. Better to have Requirements covering both requirements and qualifications. Skills maybe not needed. Thus sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Pay, Schedule. Check if any other sections like "Benefits" omitted. Now craft HTML. We need

for each section heading. Then content:

for prose,

  • for lists. We must not repeat job title as heading. Not include Job ID etc. We need to preserve all substantive info. Let's extract. About the role: The first paragraph after "Job Description:" up to before "How you will contribute:" maybe. Original: "Join Takeda as Head of Corporate Accounts reporting to the VP, Head of Payer Accounts. Ensure C-Suite executives from Takeda and payer accounts are being connected." That's About the role. Responsibilities: The bullet list under "How you will contribute:" each bullet is a responsibility. We'll make
    • for each. Requirements: The "Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:" paragraph plus the travel requirement? Travel maybe schedule. We'll include the bullet list of requirements (the long paragraph). We'll need to break into list items? It's a paragraph with many statements separated by periods. Could treat as

      but we could split into

      • for each requirement. However the instruction: use
        • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So we should convert the requirements into list items. Let's parse each requirement statement. The text after "Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:": "Bachelor’s Degree RequiredPreferred--10+ years in managed care and/or pharmaceutical industryPreferred--minimum of 3 years’ experience calling on payer/PBM accounts and designing/negotiating multi-product, large contractual arrangementsStrategic account management skillset with extensive experience in strategic tactical planning, execution and negotiation skills with proven track record of successDetailed knowledge of payor/PBM economics understanding key issues and how these shift given changing US healthcare landscapeIn-depth pharma knowledge including prescribing, regulations, supply chain, managed care, sales and legalConsultative selling ability to identify emerging stakeholder needs and to problem-solve innovative ways (programs, contracts etc.) for Takeda to help meet those needsClear understanding of analytics ability to develop strategies from analytical insights to drive account performance and ability to “ask the right questions” of analytical resourcesBusiness planning develop a robust and challenging business plan for multiple accounts and align Takeda stakeholders against deliveryAbility to skillfully communicate and negotiate successful agreements despite challenging situations with both internal and external customers, while working within an ever-changing managed markets, payer, and corporate environmentPossess strong leadership, business acumen and ability to manage multiple priorities, processes, timelines and expectations of multiple stakeholder groups.
