Head of Corporate Accounts

About the role

For our client, we are seeking a Head of Corporate Accounts to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space. This leadership role will shape enterprise account strategy to improve patient access and support commercial success across the U.S. healthcare landscape. The position partners closely with senior customers, cross-functional teams, and regional sales leaders to influence access, contracting, and execution. It requires a blend of strategic account management, negotiation, and analytics-driven decision-making in a complex payer environment. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Develop an integrated account strategy to support patient access to the company's products
• Establish and maintain high-level relationships with C-Suite customers
• Lead cross-functional teams to achieve account goals
• Identify and monitor market dynamics to inform customer systems
• Create and improve innovative programs and contracts for patient access
• Support sales pull-through by analyzing data trends and opportunities
• Collaborate with regional teams to adjust strategies for optimal results

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• 10+ years of experience in managed care and/or the pharmaceutical industry preferred
• Minimum 3 years of experience with payer/PBM accounts and large contractual arrangements preferred
• Extensive strategic account management and negotiation skills
• In-depth knowledge of payer/PBM economics and the U.S. healthcare landscape
• Strong consultative selling abilities and problem-solving skills
• Ability to develop strategies from analytical insights and communicate effectively

Pay

$212,000 – $333,190 annually
