Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day oversight of medium-to-high complexity brand CRM engagements.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, proofing checklists, and status reports.
- Maintain "minute-by-minute" knowledge of all work in progress to identify risks and mitigate issues.
- Document change requests and communicate timeline implications to all stakeholders.
- Optimize and strategize campaign performance by identifying optimization opportunities to meet brand goals.
- Monitor engagement levels and proactively recommend strategies to increase performance.
- Conduct quarterly campaign audits and review Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with leadership.
- Prepare quarterly business reviews for brand and omnichannel leaders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional and agency teams to capture requirements, gain approvals, and verify data elements.
- Seek standardization, automation, and process improvements to deliver "faster, better, cheaper" results year-over-year.
- Identify root causes of issues with external partners and recommend corrective actions.
- Participate in the planning process with brands to track campaign activity and manage resources.
Qualifications
- CRM & Email Marketing: Proven experience in CRM/Email; background in the pharmaceutical industry (including familiarity with Med/Reg processes and systems like Veeva Promomats) is highly preferred.
- Account & Client Management: Strong communication and presentation skills to manage stakeholder expectations effectively.
- Data-Driven Insights: Experience pulling and driving strategic insights from campaign performance data.
- Project Management Tools: Proficiency in SmartSheet or Asana.
- Agency Background: Prior experience working within a marketing or interactive agency is a plus.
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 3-5 years in Database Marketing, CRM, Email, or 1:1 Marketing. Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in client service or account management.
- Technical Skills: Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Analytical ability to identify program issues and optimization trends.
- Soft Skills: Ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Enthusiastic, solution-oriented attitude toward new challenges. Interpersonal skills to align with diverse team members.
