Project/Product Manager (CRM)

Key Responsibilities

• Manage custom web development projects within a hybrid/agile/scrum environment, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Develop detailed project timelines, milestones, and resource allocation plans.
• Proactively identify and resolve bottlenecks, risks, and scope challenges.
• Enforce established project management methodologies on all projects.
• Utilize Jira and Confluence to track development progress and maintain documentation.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including roadmaps, technical requirements, and status reports.

Cross-Functional Business Alignment

• Recognize business needs and opportunities for improvement across all departments including: sales, marketing, recruiting, production, payroll, HR, accounting, and customer service departments.
• Gather and translate requirements into actionable project plans.
• Collaborate with stakeholders on system enhancements, upgrades, and integrations.
• Align CRM processes with business goals and operational scalability.
• Serve as liaison between technical and non-technical teams.

Data & Strategic Insights

• Create and maintain dashboards and KPI reporting.
• Analyze data to provide insights that inform strategic decision-making.
• Support leadership with visibility into performance metrics and system effectiveness.

Systems & Integration Leadership

• Lead system upgrades and integrations with new and existing tools.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on software integrations.
• Maintain awareness of web development trends and emerging technologies.

Problem-Solving & Adaptability

• Proactively identify system, process, and project challenges and develop structured, data-informed solutions.
• Evaluate multiple solution paths and recommend the most scalable, cost-effective approach.
• Remain flexible when priorities shift and adjust plans without compromising quality or strategic alignment.
• Facilitate productive discussions when stakeholders have differing perspectives, driving alignment toward actionable outcomes.
• Anticipate risks and develop contingency plans to ensure project continuity.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Web & CRM Project Manager or similar technical project role.
• Experience with custom software and web development processes.
• Experience working in hybrid, agile/scrum environments.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and project management tools.
• Ability to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong communication skills.
• Experience with APIs, development, or SQL is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
