About the role

WAC Group is seeking a Marketing Operations Project Manager to lead the operational aspects of the marketing organization. This role will be responsible for building and optimizing systems, workflows, and processes that enhance team efficiency and drive greater impact.

Responsibilities

  • Own and optimize the marketing workflow from request to delivery.
  • Create and improve systems, automation, dashboards, and processes that increase team efficiency.
  • Lead project planning and execution across multiple high-impact initiatives.
  • Create visibility, accountability, and alignment across teams.
  • Turn chaos into clarity and help great ideas get to market faster.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a closely related field of study.
  • 7-10 years of experience in marketing project management.
  • Proven measurable success owning a Marketing enterprise system such as Monday.com.
  • Ownership in managing large initiatives such as product launches, trade shows, catalogs/print, websites, and cross-functional campaigns.
  • Demonstrated experience creating workflow automations in Marketing Project Management platforms, including routing, reminders, approvals, and dependency management.
  • Proficiency in driving operational processes using Marketing project management tools such as Monday.com, ClickUp, Asana, Jira, Smartsheet, or similar.
  • Prominent experience using marketing systems such as HubSpot and asset management workflows, including DAM and PIM platforms.
  • PMP and/or Agile or Scrum certification (CSM, PSM, PMI-ACP) is strongly preferred.

Benefits

The expected salary range is $100,000.00 - $120,000.00. The actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors allowed by law. WAC offers a competitive salary and benefits package including:
